  • What are the shipping options available for orders on Gothic Horizons?
    Gothic Horizons offers standard shipping and express shipping options for orders. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • What is Local Pickup/Delivery?
    Local Pickup/Delivery is exactly how it sounds. There are no shipping fees if you are local to Greeley County Kansas including the towns of Tribune and Horace, or you want to come to Greeley County Kansas to pick up your purchase. We can deliver to your home, meet you somewhere in town or you can pick them up at our home for no additional cost.
  • Can I get free delivery outside of Greeley County Kansas?
    We go out of town to do events such as craft fairs and farmer's markets. You can make arrangements to pick up outside of Greeley County Kansas if we are going to be in your town for one of these events and you can come to our pop-up store. Check our Events Page for those dates and locations.
  • What is Offline Payment?
    Cash, Check or Money Order may be accepted when Credit/Debit Card is not an option. Prior approval is required for this option for shopping online. We also do out-of-town pop-up stores at craft fairs and farmer's markets where we take payments in Cash, Check, Money Order, Square, CashApp, and Venmo.

    A Pop-Up Store, in our case, is a booth at a craft fair, farmer's market, or other such events that allow vendors to set up and sell their goods and services.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
